1. Where do I pick up my snack bag?

Snack bags can be collected from our weekly pop-up locations (eastern).  Delivery is $5 for centralized locations and $7 for areas such as Adelaide, Old Fort, Gambier, and Lyford Cay.

2. How do I place an order?

Follow the order link above.  Once order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to the phone/email provided.

3. What type of snacks are included?

A  variety of organic, low calorie and low carb items. Skinny pops, yogurt pouches, fruit and vegetable pouches, granola bars, organic fruit bars, pretzels and more.

4. How long will my order take?

Average processing time is 1-2 days for all standard orders.  Customers who opt in for the 2-week subscription will automatically receive their new packs on a 2-week rotation. Please note that after your initial order, we will make contact to confirm your next order.  You can opt out of your subscription at anytime.

5. What if I need snacks before my subscribed rotation?

You can submit a stand-alone order with us.

​

6. Do you ship to the Family Islands?

Yes, we ship orders consisting of 10 or more snack bags. 

​

7. Can I get a 4-week supply?

During our introductory roll-out, this option is not available. Please stay tuned to our page for announcements on new snack pack roll outs.

8. How is payment made?

Payment is made via bank transfer or cash.
